Position Overview

This is a skilled position requiring the employee to answer phone calls and transfer messages as needed. Support customer needs and the accounting department. 

Wage ranges from $18.00 to $22.00 per hour dependent on experience.

• Answer phones and direct calls as appropriate

• Contact and maintain customer lists

• Bill customers as appropriate

• Tend to walk-in customers

• Prioritize tasks and effectively manage time

• Create a deposit log for all payments daily

• Order office supplies

• Run product reports daily and accounting reports as necessary

• Track daily production reports

• Provide top-quality customer service skills

• Other duties as assigned per supervisor.

Education/Experience

• High school diploma or General Education Degree GED is preferred.

Work Requirements

• One (1) to Two (2) years previous related experience/training is preferred.
• Must be 18 years in age or older.
• Must pass pre-employment physical, drug screen and criminal background check.
• Report to the job site dressed appropriately and ready to begin work at the designated start time.
• Strict adherence to safety requirements and procedures as outlined in the Employee Handbook.

Knowledge/Skill Requirements

• To perform this job successfully, an individual should have (or be able to quickly gain) knowledge of Internet software, Excel, Word, Outlook, and other job-related software.
• Ability to read and comprehend instructions, correspondence, and memos.  Ability to write clearly and effectively.
• Ability to add, subtracts, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
• Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed, but uninvolved written or oral instructions.
• Ability to work well with others in a group or one on one setting.
