Commercial Lines Customer Service Representative - Independent Insurance Agency - Base Salary to 75/year - Tampa, FL

• Our client, a 25+ year full-service insurance agency in the Tampa area, has an immediate need for a skilled Commercial Lines Customer Service Representative to join their team. This family-oriented and close-knit agency provides a comprehensive range of commercial, personal, and health insurance.

Responsibilities:

• The Commercial Lines Customer Service Representative will be responsible for assisting in servicing a commercial book of heavy commercial auto/towing/trucking, along with the standard GL and property lines of coverage, WC, and a handful of umbrellas or excess liability. The Commercial Lines Customer Service Representative will be assisting the Agent with new & renewal business, endorsements, certificates, binding policies, filing claims, data entry in the agency management system, etc.

Qualifications:

• 2+ Years of Insurance experience as it pertains to commercial lines, specifically commercial auto.
• 4-40 or 2-20 P&C Licensed

Compensation:

• Base salary in the 55k - 75k/year range (flexible depending on experience)
• Full benefits package including 100% employer paid medical for employee, Dental, Vision, 401k with company match, PTO, Paid Holidays, etc.
• Business casual dress, in office 5 days a week. No hybrid schedule.
