About the Role:

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for customers, answering questions, providing product information, and addressing concerns in a confident and professional manner. You'll work both in the office and in various field locations, meeting with customers in B2B and residential settings depending on the client's needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with customers to provide product information and support.
