About Chair the Love

Chair the Love is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to purchasing, supplying, and distributing new wheelchairs to the most vulnerable disabled individuals around the world. We partner with local and international organizations to ensure recipients receive not only mobility, but also training, maintenance, and long-term support to restore their dignity and independence.

Each year, we distribute 15 containers—about 4,200 wheelchairs —across North and South America, Africa, and Asia. We’re at a pivotal moment of growth and are seeking our first full-time Executive Director to lead us into our next chapter.
