Food Production Technician
Pay: $18 - $20/hr
Schedule: 1st Shift (M: 6 a.m. – 2 p.m., T, W: 7 a.m. – 3 p.m., F: 8 a.m. – 3 p.m. + Occasional Saturday Morning)
Location: Fort Collins, CO

How you’ll spend your time as a Food Production Technician:
• Assist in the daily production of various cheese types, including cheese-making, packaging, and quality control.
• Perform cleaning and sanitation tasks to ensure a hygienic work environment.
• Monitor and maintain cheese quality throughout the aging process.
• Collaborate with the team to meet production goals.
• Learn and follow all safety and quality protocols.
Skills & experience we'd like you to have as a Food Production Technician:
• 1+ years of experience working in kitchens, fermentation, food manufacturing, or cheese-making.
• Passion for cheese, food, and the food production process.
• Willing to work a physical job involving lifting 50 lbs, consistent bending, standing all day, and working in a warm and humid environment.
• Self-motivated and able to work in a team environment.
• Ability to drive a stick shift vehicle is a significant bonus (no special driver’s license class required).
