Job Description

Future PLC specializes in selling media space to media agencies and brand marketing teams across the UK and US, driving impactful advertising solutions. We are looking for a Sales Performance Analyst to join our New York office and support our mission to deliver outstanding media services.

What you'll be doing...

The Sales Performance Analyst will support the SVP’s of Sales by analyzing sales data, identifying trends, and providing actionable insights to increase performance. You will have an analytical background, experience in advertising sales environments, and an understanding of the media industry. You will report to the SVP of Sales.

  • Data Analysis: Analyze sales data to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
  • Performance Reporting: Maintain dashboards and reports to track important sales metrics, performance against targets, and overall team productivity.
  • Trend Identification: Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to provide insights to enhance sales strategies.
  • Decision Support: Provide analytical support to the SVPs in strategic planning, forecasting, and decision-making processes.
  • Sales Strategy: Collaborate with sales leaders to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to optimize sales performance.
  • Sales Process Improvement: Analyze the effectiveness of current sales processes and propose improvements to increase efficiency.
  • Development: Work with the sales team to understand their data needs and provide training on best practices for using sales data and analytics tools.
  • CRM Management: Ensure the sales CRM system (Salesforce) is being used effectively, and the data is accurate and up to date.
  • Collaboration: Work with marketing, finance (using NetSuite), and operations teams to ensure understanding and support for sales projects.

Experience that'll put you ahead of the curve...

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, Statistics, or relevant experience. 
  • Minimum of 3+ years of experience in sales analysis, business analysis, or a similar role within the publisher space. 
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools with experience of Salesforce required. 
  • Experience researching and generating leads and the ability to interpret complex data sets.
  • Experience establishing communication and engagement with partners, with the ability to present data insights concisely.
