We are currently seeking a ServiceNow Business Analyst & Trainer to join our remote team that works EST hours.

NTT DATA is looking for a motivated ServiceNow Business Analyst with experience gathering business requirements, process mapping, and training end users to join our Business Process practice. This position is a unique opportunity for someone with high-energy and a desire to develop their consulting skills and technical knowledge in an entrepreneurial, fast paced, collaborative and fun environment. Business Analysts are the “eyes and ears” of the delivery team through each stage of the project, from initial kickoff meetings to supporting go-live activities and delivering user training. You will bring a desire to impact complex business outcomes for our customers coupled with real-world experiences to provide valuable insight and guidance to make your projects successful. Our Business Analysts are never afraid to ask questions, take risks, share a passion for learning, and love to support their NTT Delivery team.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Work closely with and support our Business Process Consultants during client workshops and throughout ServiceNow Implementations
• Capture business requirements, work with process flow diagrams, and document business cases
• Partner with project leadership teams to write, review, and maintain user stories
• Document end-to-end process flow
• Prepare training materials and lead client fulfiller training sessions

Basic Qualifications:

• 2+ years of hands on ServiceNow experience, minimally ITSM
• 4+ years of experience in a Business Analyst, or similar role, working with customers, documenting and gathering requirements, and developing test scripts and training material for technology deployments
• Not mandatory but helpful; experience in additional practice areas such as ITAM, ITBM, SPM, WSD, CSM, ITOM, HRSD, GRC, IRM, ITSM, Service Portal (UX Deign), etc.
