Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

• Prepare accurate individual tax returns using our user-friendly software.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client questions and concerns.
• Identify and explain tax credits and deductions applicable to each client.
• Review financial records such as income statements and documentation of expenses.
• Work closely with customers to ensure all necessary forms and paperwork are completed.
• Assist insurance clients with payments and inquiries.
• Market and promote our tax preparation services to grow client relationships.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate will be:

• A strong communicator with excellent customer service skills.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and committed to accuracy in every return.
• Willing to complete our paid training program to become proficient in tax preparation.
• Excited to pursue their insurance license for additional earning opportunities.
• Preferred: An experienced tax preparer with an established client base.
• Preferred: Bilingual.
• Able to maintain a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment.

No experience is required—we’ll provide all the tools and resources you need to succeed!

Compensation and Benefits:

• Commission rates ranging from 7.5% to 20% on tax returns (not capped).
