Key Responsibilities:

• Market tax preparation services to attract and retain clients.
• Prepare accurate individual and small business tax returns.
• Collect and organize client documentation with attention to detail.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local tax laws.
• Maintain confidentiality of all client information.
• Stay informed about tax law updates through provided training.

Qualifications:

• No prior tax experience necessary; training will be provided.
• Strong interpersonal and marketing skills to build and manage a client base.

• Self-starter with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
